How to record a sleep session with other audio apps?#

Flowtime can work simultaneously with other audio apps, allowing you to record your sleep data while listening to your favorite content on apps like Spotify, Apple Music, or Audible. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Play Your Audio: Open the app you want to use (Spotify, Apple Music, Audible, etc.) and start playing your sleep story, music, or ambient sound. Set a timer for 20 to 30 minutes if you want the sound to stop automatically.
  2. Start Flowtime: Open the Flowtime app and tap on the “Sleep in Silence” card to begin recording your biodata.
  3. Keep Flowtime in the Foreground: Ensure the Flowtime app remains open and running in the foreground throughout the night.
  4. End and Review: When you wake up, end the session in the Flowtime app and view your sleep report.

By following these steps, you can enjoy your preferred audio while Flowtime accurately records your sleep data.
