Sleep Score#

The Flowtime Sleep Score provides a comprehensive evaluation of your sleep quality, ranging from 0 to 100. This score is categorized into four grades to help you understand your sleep performance:

  • Pay Attention: 0-59
  • Fair: 60-69
  • Good: 70-84
  • Optimal: 85-100

How is the Score Calculated?#

Your Sleep Score is calculated based on five key dimensions: Time Asleep, REM & Deep Sleep, Sleep HRV, Stability Index, and Spindle Index. Each dimension is weighted differently to reflect its impact on overall sleep quality.
