Real-Time Sleep Biodata: Monitoring Your Sleep in Action#

One of the powerful features of your Flowtime Brain Tag is the ability to track real-time sleep biodata. Once you start a sleep session recording, you’ll be able to see live updates of your heart rate and brainwave rhythms right within the app. This not only reassures you that the tag is working properly but also gives you fascinating insights into what’s happening inside your body as you sleep.

What You’ll See During a Sleep Session#

After launching a sleep session, the app will begin displaying real-time data for key indicators such as:

  • Heart Rate: You'll see your heart rate fluctuating as you move through different stages of sleep. Your heart rate tends to slow down during deep sleep and may increase during lighter sleep or REM stages.
  • Brainwave Rhythms: The app will also show your brainwave rhythms as they change throughout the session. You can monitor your brain’s activity in real-time as it transitions between different sleep stages, from light sleep to deep sleep and REM.

Why Real-Time Monitoring is Helpful#

Seeing your real-time biodata can be reassuring, letting you know that everything is functioning correctly. If you see your heart rate and brainwaves changing in real-time, it confirms that the Brain Tag is actively recording your sleep data. This instant feedback allows you to ensure that the device is working properly, so you can feel confident about the data being collected overnight.

Tracking Your Night, Minute by Minute#

By observing your real-time biodata, you can gain a deeper connection with how your body responds during sleep. Whether it's a calming drop in heart rate or the ebb and flow of brainwave rhythms, real-time tracking helps you stay connected to your body’s inner workings as they unfold through the night.
